Lake Eğirdir, Turkey’s fourth largest lake, is located near the town of Eğirdir, approximately 80 miles north of Antalya. This charming town often serves as a transit point for travelers journeying between the renowned sites of Cappadocia and Pamukkale. However, a longer stay is highly recommended. We spent three nights at Choo Choo Pension on Yeşilada (Green Island), which is linked to the mainland by a causeway. The tranquil atmosphere in April was a highlight of our trip.
