Independent travel advisor host agency Brownell has launched a new initiative, the “Brownell Catalyst” program, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of established travel advisors and entrepreneurial newcomers seeking to expand their luxury travel businesses. The program offers a comprehensive suite of resources, including in-depth information, advanced tools, best practices, and community collaboration essential for building and scaling a successful travel enterprise.
The Brownell Catalyst program complements the existing Brownell Mentoring and Hosting Programs by providing an additional pathway for advisors who need support in managing and growing their business portfolios. According to Kerry Dyer, Chief Development Officer at Brownell, who played a key role in developing the program, the Catalyst initiative fills a crucial gap. “Until now, we lacked a program for advisors who are neither brand new nor highly experienced. Brownell Catalyst will enhance our competitiveness in today’s market,” Dyer stated.
Throughout the Catalyst program, participants will engage with a dedicated team of experts specializing in sales, marketing, product knowledge, vendor relations, and other critical areas. Successful completion of the program and achievement of a specified revenue threshold will qualify advisors for transition to the Brownell Hosting program. Dyer emphasized that while the Catalyst program broadens Brownell’s appeal, the company remains committed to upholding its standards and core values. “We will continue to ensure that our advisors align with Brownell’s high standards and core values,” she added.
