The Business Travel Awards Europe 2024 winners were celebrated during a gala dinner in London last night, honoring 22 companies, teams, and individuals for their excellence in leadership, partnership, and innovation.
Hosted by writer and comedian Katherine Ryan, the awards ceremony took place at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, attracting nearly 1,000 attendees who came together to recognize the industry’s accomplishments.
In two of the most prestigious categories, Celine Diriberry, Global Sourcing Manager for Travel at British American Tobacco, was awarded Travel Buyer of the Year. Meanwhile, Wood Plc and American Express Global Business Travel received the accolade for Travel Team of the Year.
Several travel management companies were also recognized, including ATPI, BCD Travel, Gray Dawes, Inntel, and TravelPerk. In the transportation categories, awardees included United Airlines, Enterprise Mobility, Blacklane, Eurostar, JetBlue, and easyJet.
Other notable winners comprised Delta Air Lines, SilverDoor, Travelogix, TROOP, Synergy, Jyrney, IHG, Amex GBT Meetings & Events, and Convene.

A special thank you goes to the independent panel of 30 judges—comprised of travel buyers and consultants—who dedicated their time to evaluate this year’s submissions.
This year also marked the second consecutive year that sustainability achievements were recognized at a standalone event. In May, 12 winners were announced at the BTN Group’s Business Travel Sustainability Summit Europe.
