Regent Seven Seas Cruises Unveils New Tools for Travel Agents in Asia

Mary

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has launched Regent Connect, a new initiative aimed at enhancing support for travel agents across Asia. This innovative tool is part of the cruise line’s Regent Elevate program, designed to provide travel advisors with customized resources to streamline marketing efforts and increase sales.

The introduction of Regent Connect reaffirms Regent’s commitment to facilitating advisor-client engagement in the region. The tool equips travel agents with co-branded marketing landing pages and a dynamic website that enables them to communicate directly with clients regarding real-time cruise options, availability, and pricing. These resources allow agents to tailor the client experience while maintaining the presence of the Regent brand.

“Regent Connect is designed to help travel advisors grow their business by providing a simple, free co-branded solution that enhances client engagement and increases revenue,” stated Lisa Pile, Regent’s vice president of sales and general manager for Asia Pacific.

In addition to enhancing client interactions, Regent Connect simplifies the onboarding process for travel agents. Advisors can access the platform using just an email address, eliminating the need for lengthy registration procedures. Samantha Deadman, Regent’s senior marketing manager for trade, events, and loyalty, emphasized the platform’s user-friendliness, saying, “The real innovation of Regent Connect is that every aspect integrates seamlessly.”

Travel advisors in Asia can now take advantage of the service and start co-branding their first content experiences by visiting inspires.to/regent, without requiring a login. Additionally, partners can access a short on-demand webinar presented by Samantha Deadman and Jennifer Raezer to get started.
