Alaska Air Group, Inc. has revealed plans to launch new nonstop flights from Seattle to Tokyo, Japan, through its subsidiary, Hawaiian Airlines, starting in 2025.
This announcement follows Alaska Air Group’s acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines in September 2023.
The daily nonstop service from Seattle to Tokyo Narita International Airport will begin on May 12, 2025, offering travelers a convenient direct route to Japan.
Later, in October 2025, Alaska will introduce nonstop flights from Seattle to Seoul’s Incheon International Airport.
Ben Minicucci, CEO of Alaska Air Group, expressed excitement about the new routes: “We believe our guests will be as thrilled as we are about these new nonstop flights to Tokyo and Seoul – two of the world’s most dynamic cities. From our global gateway in Seattle, we can easily connect travelers from across our network to destinations in Asia and beyond.”
