A&K Travel Group has appointed Susan Haberle as Vice-President of Sales for Australia and New Zealand (AU/NZ) and Tony Archbold as Vice-President of Sales for Asia.
Both Haberle and Archbold will oversee the A&K and Crystal brands in their respective regions, helping drive growth and enhance the customer experience.
Additionally, A&K Travel Group has appointed Sada Memic to the newly created role of Director of Sales and Reservations Centre for APAC. This comes after Ann-Marie Chapman’s promotion to Global Vice-President of Education, Sales, and Service.
Memic brings extensive experience from both the travel industry and the luxury property sector, with a strong focus on channel engagement and service excellence.
These appointments are part of a broader strategy to strengthen AKTG’s presence in the APAC region. The timing is key, as the company is undergoing a significant transformation, including a major brand refresh and substantial investments in product development.
