Jet2holidays has earned the top spot among six travel firms in the latest customer satisfaction rankings, according to the Institute of Customer Service’s bi-annual UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI). The UK’s largest tour operator secured 14th place overall in the report, which assesses service quality across various sectors.
In the transport and tourism category, Jet2, the sister airline of Jet2holidays, was ranked joint second alongside Premier Inn, both placing 19th. Trivago followed closely at 24th, ahead of Booking.com and Airbnb, which shared 30th and 35th positions, respectively.
The highest-rated organizations across all 13 sectors were Timpson (87.2 out of 100), Starling Bank (86.5), and Nationwide (86). Jet2holidays scored 83.3, a slight decrease of 0.9 points from the previous year, when it was ranked 6th. Jet2’s score also dipped by 1.5 points to 82 out of 100.
Among the most improved companies were Lastminute.com, with a score of 73.4, and Trivago, which saw a notable increase to 78.7.
