The Ministry of Hajj & Umrah has announced a strategic partnership with Almosafer, Saudi Arabia’s leading travel company under Seera Group, to improve the travel experience for pilgrims visiting the Kingdom. The agreement, revealed at the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025 in Jeddah, aims to enhance the booking process on the Nusuk Hajj platform by offering more flight options and exploring new ways to simplify the pilgrimage journey worldwide.
Almosafer, which served as the official flight partner for the Ministry’s Direct Hajj Program in the 1445 Hajj season, issued over 14,000 tickets for pilgrims from more than 120 countries. The new partnership is expected to expand Almosafer’s reach, providing pilgrims with more accessible travel options. Through its broad airline network, Almosafer will offer competitive rates and efficient ticketing services to meet the needs of a diverse group of pilgrims.
This collaboration is part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to modernize the pilgrimage experience using digital solutions. By leveraging Almosafer’s advanced technology and expertise, the Nusuk Hajj platform will provide pilgrims with a more transparent, efficient, and seamless journey planning process.
Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, Almosafer is further strengthening Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector.
