The Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA) has announced that registration is now open for the 43rd annual Caribbean Travel Marketplace (CTM). The event will take place from May 18 to 22, 2025, in Antigua and Barbuda, marking the first time the twin-island nation will host this major tourism event. CTM brings together global buyers and regional suppliers to create new business connections and showcase the Caribbean to the world.
“This is a significant moment for us as we prepare to welcome our tourism partners from around the globe to Antigua and Barbuda,” said The Honourable Charles Fernandez, Antigua and Barbuda’s Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Transportation, and Investment. “We’re thrilled to highlight the beauty and culture of our islands and serve as the host country for the 43rd edition of CHTA’s Caribbean Travel Marketplace. This event creates valuable partnerships that drive business growth across the Caribbean, and we look forward to offering a truly immersive and productive experience.”
CHTA CEO Vanessa Ledesma also emphasized the importance of the event. “Caribbean Travel Marketplace is more than just a trade event—it’s a catalyst for growth, collaboration, and innovation in our region’s tourism industry,” Ledesma said. “With CTM coming to Antigua and Barbuda for the first time, we’re excited to offer new opportunities, strengthen global partnerships, and showcase the diversity of Caribbean hospitality. With many new program elements, CTM 2025 will play a key role in shaping the future of our industry.”
