Motorists are being warned of travel delays on Snow Rd in Milawa following a vehicle collision on Friday morning. The incident, which occurred between Allens Lane and Markwood-Everton Rd, is causing significant disruptions for drivers traveling between Myrtleford and Wangaratta.
For those looking to avoid delays, drivers are advised to use Great Alpine Rd as an alternative route. Emergency services, including Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, and the Country Fire Authority (CFA), responded to the scene shortly after 7:40 am.
According to a CFA spokeswoman, crews found two vehicles off the road, but fortunately, all three occupants were reported safe and not trapped. Two individuals are being transported by ambulance to Northeast Health Wangaratta for medical attention.
Emergency services are continuing to manage the scene, and motorists are urged to allow extra time and follow the directions of authorities.
