Qantas has officially launched its first-ever Darwin-Singapore service, offering Northern Territory residents a quicker route to Asia and Europe. The new service, which began on Sunday, cuts down travel time by providing a one-stop connection to London, making it the fastest option for Territorians to reach the UK and Europe.
The flights will operate four times a week on a Boeing 737-800, timed to connect with Qantas’ A380 services from Singapore to London and onward connections to other European and Asian destinations via partner airlines.
The new route will also benefit international visitors to the Northern Territory, who will no longer need to transit through other Australian cities to access the region’s famous natural attractions.
The QF113 flight departs Darwin (DRW) on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 2:55 PM and arrives in Singapore (SIN) at 6:15 PM. The return flight, QF114, leaves Singapore at 7:20 PM and lands in Darwin at 1:40 AM the next day.
The service includes checked baggage, meals, entertainment, and Frequent Flyer redemption options, with access to Qantas lounges in both Darwin and Singapore for eligible customers.
To mark the launch, Qantas is offering sale fares starting at $519 return for Darwin-Singapore flights, available until April 2, 2025.
