Denver, CO – The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) has confirmed the locations for its upcoming conventions. The GBTA Convention 2025 will be held in Denver, Colorado, from July 21-23. The 2026 Convention will take place in Chicago, Illinois, from August 3-5.

The announcement was made at the conclusion of this year’s GBTA Convention, which was held in Atlanta last week. The event attracted around 5,400 delegates from the global business travel industry, including registered attendees from 50 countries, more than 1,100 travel buyers from over 600 companies, and 310 travel supplier exhibitors.

This year’s convention addressed critical issues currently impacting the sector. Key topics included the state of the travel industry, understanding human behavior, innovating for transformation, solving sustainability challenges, and envisioning the future of business travel.

“At its core, business travel is about making human connections,” said Suzanne Neufang, CEO of GBTA. “By understanding what drives our behaviors and decision-making, coupled with the increasing role technology plays in aiding us, we can better understand not only where the industry is going but why it’s trending in that direction. We are very optimistic about what lies ahead for business travel and for those who work in the industry.”

The GBTA continues to be a pivotal platform for discussing advancements and challenges in the business travel sector, aiming to foster connections and innovations that drive the industry forward.
