In the global rankings, Seoul secured the 10th spot, while Busan joined other major Asian cities such as Beijing (18th), Taipei (42nd), and Osaka (45th). The rankings are based on a variety of factors, including economic performance, cultural offerings, and quality of life.
Busan’s recognition is also attributed to its status as one of the world’s top four container ports, underscoring its economic importance and its dual appeal as both a business hub and a travel destination.
