Natural Habitat Adventures (Nat Hab) has announced five new travel itineraries for 2025, providing travelers with the chance to explore new and less-visited regions in Kenya, Newfoundland and Labrador, Australia, Canada, Iceland, and Greenland. These newly introduced trips are now available for booking for travel throughout 2025 and 2026.
Highlights of the new itineraries include visits to Kenya’s Ol Pejeta Conservancy, where travelers can meet the world’s last two northern white rhinos and engage in a private conservation session with the rhinos’ caretakers. At Lewa Conservancy, guests will have the opportunity to see endangered black rhinos and explore the Maasai Mara from the exclusive Olderkesi Conservancy, offering a more intimate experience away from the crowds.
Unlike government-operated national reserves, private conservancies provide unique experiences such as guided bush walks, off-road excursions, and night drives to view nocturnal wildlife. A special behind-the-scenes tour of the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Nairobi, including a visit to the Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, will showcase ongoing elephant and rhino rescue and rehabilitation efforts. Over an 11-day period, travelers will stay in deluxe eco-lodges and secluded bush camps situated on private conservancies.
The new itineraries include stays at Nat Hab’s Rhino Camp, located in a remote area of the 90,000-acre Ol Pejeta Conservancy, East Africa’s largest black rhino sanctuary, as well as Mara East Camp on a private Maasai Mara conservancy adjacent to the national reserve. Additional accommodations include Lewa Wilderness Lodge within the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy.
