In an exclusive interview with the Post, Khalil Hashmi, Pakistan’s ambassador to China, announced that visa-free access for Hong Kong residents is imminent.
Hashmi, on his second visit to Hong Kong as ambassador, stated that this initiative aims to enhance business and tourism between the regions. Additionally, he called on the Hong Kong government to reassess its decade-old red travel alert for Pakistan, suggesting that such a review could further facilitate increased bilateral engagement.
