JFK Millennium Partners (JMP), the entity chosen by the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey to develop and operate the new $4.2 billion JFK Terminal 6, has announced that Avolta’s Hudson and Dufry have secured significant contracts for duty-free, travel essentials, and specialty retail spaces, covering over 28,000 square feet.

The new terminal is scheduled to open in early 2026. According to JMP, Hudson and Dufry will transform the retail experience at Terminal 6, introducing a range of innovative initiatives, brands, and concepts that promise to captivate travelers.

JMP highlighted that passengers will be able to explore offerings representing all five boroughs of New York. The terminal will feature products and food and beverage options sourced from local businesses and entrepreneurs, alongside a selection of globally recognized luxury brands, perfumes, cosmetics, spirits, confectionery, and other items such as jewelry, watches, and fashion accessories. Additionally, there will be toys and souvenirs, all curated to reflect a New York-centric theme.

This retail program aims to merge the vibrant New York identity designed by JMP with global brands and local products, celebrating the diverse communities surrounding JFK Airport.
