American Airlines has issued a travel alert affecting 16 airports in Florida, as well as three in Cuba, two in Mexico, and one each in Alabama and the Cayman Islands. This alert applies to flights scheduled between Tuesday and Friday, September 24-27, allowing passengers to rebook their flights by Friday, October 4.
Delta Air Lines has implemented a travel advisory for 11 airports in Florida, along with select airports in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Mexico, and Cuba. Travelers with flights through these airports from Wednesday to Friday, September 25-27, can also rebook their tickets for travel by Friday, October 4.
United Airlines has announced a travel alert for eight airports in Florida, in addition to one in Cuba and three in Mexico. Passengers who purchased tickets before Monday, September 23, for flights traveling from Tuesday to Friday, September 24-27, can rebook without a change fee for travel through Friday, October 4.
Travelers are advised to check with their respective airlines for the most current updates and guidelines.
