Outside Interactive, a Boulder-based media and technology company renowned for its outdoor content and digital tools, has announced it has acquired full ownership of Inntopia, a leading provider of booking, marketing, and business intelligence solutions for the adventure travel and hospitality industry.
Outside Interactive, which owns several prominent outdoor and fitness brands such as Outside, Backpacker, SKI Magazine, Yoga Journal, Pinkbike, and Warren Miller, completed the acquisition on February 6. Inntopia was previously majority-owned by Northstar Travel Group.

As part of the deal, other shareholders are exiting, according to CEO Trevor Crist, who shared the news in a release.
