Intrepid Travel will host its annual Global Summit in Sri Lanka from February 24 to 27, 2025. The event will bring together more than 200 team members from over 50 countries to discuss leadership, strategy, and the company’s vision for sustainable growth.
This is the second time the summit will be held outside of Intrepid’s Melbourne headquarters, highlighting the importance of Sri Lanka in the company’s global operations.
Intrepid’s office in Sri Lanka, established in 2012, has become the company’s largest office outside Melbourne. It supports key areas such as technology, revenue management, HR, product services, finance, and customer service. The team has grown significantly, now consisting of 276 office-based staff and 45 local tour leaders.
