Sunrate has announced a collaboration with Atlas to integrate its travel payment solutions with Atlas’ Air Travel Retailing and Information Platform (ATRIP).
Sunrate’s offerings include virtual and physical commercial cards, allowing customers to settle transactions in over 15 currencies. The cards can be customized with specific limits, use cases, and other parameters, providing real-time transaction statements and reconciliation tools to users.
Shawn Qin, Head of Card Business at Sunrate, emphasized that this collaboration would assist travel businesses in navigating complex payment landscapes with increased flexibility and confidence.
Atlas, which partners with 150 low-cost airlines worldwide, will leverage its ATRIP platform to offer clients access to low-cost carrier content, fares, and post-ticketing services. Mary Li, CEO and Founder of Atlas, highlighted that the partnership will deliver “efficient, convenient, and secure” payment infrastructure for the global travel ecosystem.
Li further stated that as the global payment landscape evolves, Atlas remains committed to collaborating with leading payment providers to offer up-to-date solutions that address emerging needs and regulatory changes.
