Spring break season has officially arrived, and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is gearing up for a busy travel period. From March 6 through March 24, TSA expects air travel passenger volume to rise by more than 5%. Travelers should be prepared for long lines at security checkpoints, so it’s recommended to arrive early to ensure a smooth experience.
Additionally, with the summer travel season approaching, it’s important to remember that starting May 7, U.S. travelers will need a Real ID to fly domestically. If you haven’t done so already, be sure to register for your Real ID ahead of time to avoid any issues at the airport.
