The Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA) participated actively in the South Asia Travel and Tourism Exchange (SATTE) 2025, which took place from February 19 to 21 at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi. The goal of this participation was to strengthen Mauritius’s presence in the Indian tourism market and build lasting relationships with Indian travel professionals.
MTPA’s Active Presence at SATTE
MTPA’s pavilion attracted around 450 visitors, including tour operators, travel agents, media, and other industry experts. The pavilion showcased 12 partners, including Air Mauritius, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and hotel representatives. This variety allowed visitors to learn about Mauritius’s diverse tourism offerings, from luxury resorts to cultural experiences.
Zeenat Gangee, Tourism Promotion Manager at MTPA, expressed her satisfaction with the event, saying, “SATTE 2025 was a great opportunity for us to engage more with the Indian market. We saw strong interest in Mauritius’s stunning landscapes, luxury resorts, and unique experiences throughout the event.”
